I am currently offering Appointments on Tuesdays 2pm-6pm. These can be either face to face or online.
Here’s a look at my appointment types and what to expect from each.
Initial
Consultation (60minutes)
During our first appointment, I will take a thorough look at your health
history, current concerns, and overall wellness goals. From there, I’ll
create a personalised treatment plan designed to address the root causes
of your health issues. I do not prescribe on my first appointment as I take the time to think and create the best possible treatment plan for you and your symptom picture. I will also give you a diet symptom diary to complete between our appointments so I can develop a diet plan and also ensure we haven't missed any key symptoms.
Extended Appointment (45minutes)
Our second appointment (1-2 weeks after initial) will be an extended appointment. Here we go through your detailed treatment plan and health mind-map that explains your individual health connections and what is contributing to what. I will also include interpretation of previous test results and a referral for further relevant testing (if necessary).
I also will book you in for an extended appointment when we have tests to go over (such as stool tests or blood tests) or it's been more than 6months between appointments.
Return Appointments (30mins)
Ongoing appointments will be a standard 30minutes which is enough time to check in on how you are going and make any changes as we go. Most return appointments are monthly as we need time to see change and progress. And every person is different - some may only need to see me for a few months while others may be longer.
